CCPA Disclosure

This disclosure supplements the GadgetSavingz Privacy Notice for California residents. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), applies to F1 Health LLC or GadgetSavingz, this page explains the categories of personal information we handle and rights that may be available to California residents.
Categories of personal information
Depending on your interactions with GadgetSavingz, we may handle identifiers and contact information such as name, email address, mobile number, and ZIP code; selected gadget/deal interests; internet or electronic network activity such as IP address, browser/device information, referral information, and site activity; customer-service communications; click/referral information associated with outbound deal links; and preference or consent records such as service SMS consent, marketing SMS consent, Terms/Privacy acceptance, and opt-out status.
Our registration form does not request payment-card information, Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Sources and business purposes
We collect information directly from you and from ordinary website/server interactions. Product and promotion information is obtained from public deal feeds and may later include additional retailer or affiliate sources. We use personal information to administer registrations, communicate with users, operate and secure the site, maintain consent and suppression records, provide requested deal information, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. When you voluntarily follow an outbound deal link, the deal publisher and retailer may receive information related to that click under their own privacy practices. The packaged site does not send your SMS-registration record as part of an ordinary product click.
Service providers
We may disclose information to service providers or contractors that perform functions on our behalf, including hosting, email or SMS delivery, customer support, security, data storage, and site operations, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Your California rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have rights to request information about personal information we hold, request correction, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing where applicable, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, and receive equal service and pricing when exercising privacy rights.
How to make a request
Email support@gadgetsavingz.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request,” or use our Opt Out page for marketing-communication requests. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your information. Authorized-agent requests may be accepted where required by law, subject to verification.
